Other Information
When I install WordPress, the installation page assigns its own Database Name, Database User, and Database Host. That data is different from the data I enter when creating the database on my domain’s database management page. And the apparently automatically inserted database doesn’t show up on that page’s List of MySQL Databases.
As a result, I’m not sure what data to enter into the wp-configure.php file. And while at one point the site seemed almost ready to function, now nothing but an error page shows up.
How do I create a database in a way which reliably gives me the data I need to set up the wp-config.php file correctly?
