He doesnāt have verified license for the theme, as he is not even willing to spend few bugs on his company nor the theme.
He must be declared copyrighted now.

Yeah, Like you say, If he did legit buy the theme, then so what, But as you, I and everyone else has pointed out, They clearly spent 10 minutes copy and pasting

As far as I can see, he reached me out personally in PM chats there when the leader locked the thread! 
He also knocked in my emails getting my email from my profile there.
