It is possible that it is the IP address that is unavailable

Should be. The best thing to do is wait until a fix is applied.

How will my website be back?

It’ll be back when the maintenance is over, maybe a few days. In the meanwhile, you can move your website to a different hosting account (or a new one) that doesn’t have this issue.

Can you tell me how to move? I am new to this and just joined your hosting company like yesterday.

These two guides can be helpful:

After you followed the first one and got the backup of everything, remove the domain from the old hosting account, then create a new hosting account with the same domain, then follow the other guide.

i don’t get how the guys at profreehost get the same free hosting/promotion plan from ifastnet yet don’t mess things up this badly

You’re assuming this issue affects only InfinityFree. I’m not entirely sure if only IF accounts are on these IP addresses; and since as you mentioned all iFastNet-powered hosts use the same infrastructure, it is likely that accounts from other hosts are also on these IP addresses, and those that are will also be down.

InfinityFree does not have control over situations like these; iFastNet does and is essentially responsible for them.

I used the DNS checker tool, my website is on .116

I am directly affected.

Yes, we are aware. You had mentioned this at the beginning of the topic; and as the post mentioned, you are on one of the IPs described in the post, so facing the issues is expected.

Don’t know if it is posted elsewhere, but you can test DNS herre: https://dnschecker.org/

Hi and welcome to the forum

Or you can simply look in the client area (after choosing acc)
it says Website IP

I use dig to check the website IPs, as I have it already on my MacBook. But even then both the Client Area and the tool you listed are good candidates, @FNIS_Fadman.
