Hello, am trying to check my control pannel and am getting an error message, my account is not suspended, this morning the pannel was working fine.
i tried to rest my password on the client but it did nothing.
i need some help please

That’s a strange error … Can you try clearing cache and setting off that fixes it?
Also what were you trying to do on the control panel? There might be a way to do it from the client area dashboard instead (which is usually easier)

i was checking my usage statistics cpu hits …etc
That can all be tracked in the client area /dashboard without going into the control panel.
But yeh if you try clearing browser cache (or use an incognito window) that might fix it
sadly same problem to acces the pannel like i used to do
