Continuously Showing the Database Can’t Be Reached Error

Websites: “scavengerhunt.ml” and “forum.scavengerhunt.ml"

Prior Information:

On scavengerhunt.ml, I have installed WordPress. On forum.scavengerhunt.ml I have installed Vanilla (forum software) on it through Softaculous.

Error Messages:

On the main domain, scavengerhunt.ml, I get the error

Error establishing a database connection

On the subdomain, forum.scavengerhunt.ml, I get the error

Something has gone wrong.

We’ve run into a problem and are unable to handle this request right now. 
Please check back in a little while.

I am guessing that the one on the subdomain is also caused by a database error. I checked the database credentials inside my wp-config.php file and it seems to be correct. The website was working fine yesterday. That was around 10P.M. CST. Right now, it is 11A.M. CST, and I cannot access them. I have been trying for almost an hour.

The error has been resolved after just waiting a bit. But I am still curious as to why it happened.

This may happened coz failed in DB server down on that moment you tried!
