In Domain and Website Options i accidentally clicked create website…and the website i created using wordpress got deleted …is there any way to get it back or should i start from scratch
Reinstall Wordpress and connect it to the same database, you’ll just have to re-install plugins and themes but the posts and stuff will be saved.
If you used the site builder, all you have to do is replace the index.php file with the one for WP, nothing else.

If you did use the sitebuilder then it should have renamed your wordpress index.php to sbp_index.php
See if this file exists and if so just delete index.php and rename sbp_index.php to index.php to restore your website
