Im trying to connect (visit) to my website but it takes too long to respond.
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
Hostinger (domain provider) says its active, Uptimerobot says its down and the FTP accounts say either authentication error or Could not connect to server

Now im getting a ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED . Idk if its an hostinger problem or not.
Update: I can now log into the FTP account but after like 2 mins it will disconnect
and the site still doesnt respons.
okay… So it is fixed… but all my files are gone. I am not happy.
InfinityFree is not responsible for providing you backups of your website. iFastNet does what they can to recover lost data during outages, but if they can’t, there’s nothing else that can be done. If you don’t have a back up, neither does InfinityFree. Sorry.

I’m sorry for not communicating about this issue before.
It seems like something happened to hosting volumes vol1_7 and vol1_8. I don’t know yet what exactly happened, or if there is any chance your website files can be recovered.
I’ve created an outage topic about this. I will update it as soon as I know more.
