Connection failed: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user 'epiz_23993997'@'192.168.2.196' (using password: YES) error

I’m trying to connect to a database for more than an hour. It always says Connection failed: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user ‘epiz_23993997’@‘192.168.2.196’ (using password: YES) error. I’m sure of every value I provided.

I read forum posts and changed every password, tried every one of them but still it isn’t working

Please help me. Thank you in advance!!
