Dear Sir,
If I have a sub-domain name, Are there any way/method to connect it with the free hosting by A record only without name server ?

I believe you can’t. You would need a custom domain and then link Cloudflare to it.

Both of Cloudflare & infinityfree Need to change the Name Server
But The problem with me is which available to change only is A Records
