Configure my domain for Private Email service use

Hello,

I do not receive any email and I understood it is because my domain isn’t configured for Private Email service use. What should I do?

You can create these records (from the first table) in cPanel under the “Email” section.

The MX records can be added under “MX Entry” section.

The TXT record can be added with the “SPF Records” tool.

I have added the 2 mx records from namecheap, but I still have the previous mx record and it won’t let me delete it. Do I leave it like this?

Yes, because as you can see, it is not for the domain that you wish to receive email with.
