Concerns after linking my custom domain through a CNAME Record, and using Cloudflare's nameservers

it shows my nameservers, my site’s IP Addresses, and a cross next to them, that’s why I’m concerned.

CNAME records help you add your domain to your hosting account, but they do not connect your domain to it. You will need to add A records in the Cloudflare dashboard, pointing to your website’s IP. Please read this article for a detailed tutorial:
