Como hago para montar un archivo php

Soy nuevo subir una pagina e hice una en archivo .php intento montar el index pero me aparece como que ha cargado el archivo pero en realidad no ha subido nada y aparece vacio pero los archivos css y las imagenes si me aparecen. que cosa rara help me

so you make a index.php file and when you open that index.php by navigate the website, you see nothing, it just blank right?

When I go to upload the file, for example, index.php, it appears, but when I click upload, it says it’s completed, but it doesn’t actually load. It’s as if it doesn’t recognize it. Do I need to download an extension?

This is probably difficult because of the language barrier, but I don’t really know what you mean by this.

Does the file become empty after uploading it? It is visible in the file listing in the file manager at all? Or are you just unable to run the code when visiting the file in your browser?
