Note or Registration: CNAME

Content/Input: WWW
Destination/Address:dadosdacasa3.lojavirtualnuvem.com.br

Note or Record: A

Please read

@KangJL, that is not what the OP meant to do.

@clan_39093j, hi and welcome to the forum! Please make this change through the domain registrar’s DNS panel if you have your own domain. If you have a free subdomain from us, please note that you can only use it on free hosting, exceptionally on Premium Hosting if you decide to migrate the contents from free hosting to that and nowhere else.

It sounds like you want to host “your domain” with Nuvemshop, not with us. While that’s perfectly fine of course, then you’re looking in the wrong place.

If you have your own domain registered with a domain name provider somewhere, you can change the settings there. We only provide limited DNS controls with our hosting, but most domain providers provide their own nameservers you can use instead and where you can configure these records.

If you are trying to do this with a free subdomain, then you can’t do this. Our free subdomains can only be used with our web hosting, and cannot be hosted elsewhere. Please find an actual domain name provider to get a domain you can link to Nuvemshop, or check if Nuvemshop maybe has a free subdomain you could use instead.
