It could take up to 24 hours for the DNS record to propagate. Also, you can’t request Let’s Encrypt certificates and install SSL on subdomains, and this part of article should help you understand the Let’s Encrypt rate limits for subdomains.
Where did you add these CNAME records exactly? Please note that neither of the domains you added to our SSL Certificates system are assigned to your hosting account right now. So while you can add CNAME records to your subdomain, doing so won’t validate the .com and .ml domains you added for the certificates.
