the cname records to verify the domain ownership on zoho mail.

You will need a custom domain. Free subdomain will not do

seems like you know nothing about this. I already had a custom email via this same method.

i don’t remember that I had some issue related to spam thing and also i tested that email very well and it didnt have any issue.

Can you please tell us:

  • Which CNAME records did Zoho tell you to add? Please share the EXACT values that Zoho told you to use (as text and/or screenshot).
  • What did you configure on our end for those CNAME records? Can you show a screenshot of what you setup in our panel?

I can see an incongruity on your CNAME record: the record name has to be the one before .bki, not including .bki, else you’ll have a double .bki on your record name before the subdomain name, which is wrong! So delete the wrong record and recreate it with what you were told now. For the rest the record is right.

ThankYou so much the issue has been resolved.

For anyone else having the same issue:
instead of zb51852900.bkl i added only zb51852900.

by the way just for curiosity i wanted to ask why is cname recording not showing up on Zoho Toolkit or nslookup.

It may take some time for your CNAME record to be propagated, because both Zoho’s and your DNS servers might cache the old DNS record.

But on zoho mail it got verified immediately and zoho toolkit shows no record.
