CName issue

my website is mcford.co.uk and i accidently deleted my CNAME records before adding cloudflare - i believe this is creating a constant loop of redirects so it obviously doesn’t get to the site because of this stupid mistake (oops). Is their any way to reset the CNAME records?

All help is appriciated, many thanks, Morgan =)

Change your ns back to IF.
Then change to CF Ns after a day.

thank you for the help, am i right in thinking the IF name servers are:

yes.

And also please note, only Infinityfree default cname will be recovered, other custom cname record will be lost unless you have a copy.

redirect loop is because you haven’t configured cloudflare correctly with your site.

As i stated, i deleted the records, it’s not an issue on cloudflares side is because of the deletion of these records, it should be sorted thanks to the help listed above

According to my knowledge the default cname record is only www one which points to your main domain which doesn’t have to do anything with redirect loop. But maybe you are right.

If you disable the Cloudflare integration and then enable it again, all records should be recreated. After that, you can leave the Cloudflare integration enabled, or disable it again to fix your DNS records.
