Cloudflare Error

My website URL is: yunasch.ml

What I’m seeing is: CLOUDFLARE ERROR : Sorry there was a problem activating cloudflare for this domain or the email address [email protected], this is normally caused by the email address or domain name already existing on the cloudflare system.

I’m using this software: CloudFlare

Additional information: I was tying to add a Free SSL certificate but seeing that InfinityFree doesn’t allow bots from ZeroSSL and SSLForFree I’ve created an account on CloudFlare. Procedure has fine and It worked at first. I was able to add CloudFlare from cPanel but now it shows disabled and I’ve got this error when I retried to enable it.

What happened here? I did nothing to change the https to become http again. Help pls

Thanks a lot in advance.

If your account was already enabled on the Cloudflare system before and can’t let you re-enable it, you can always add it on the Cloudflare dashboard without using the buggy Cloudflare integration on the Control Panel.

But it’s already enabled on CloudFlare. Doesn’t show me that the site is “secure” it just stop working

I just saw that “the certificate transmiter is not valid”.

Was it vaild before but now on isn’t it?

Because you didn’t enable Cloudflare. You can always add the domain on the Cloudflare dashboard, or use the “Manual Verification (DNS)” verification method on sslforfree.com with your own nameservers.

I’ve tried both things, but nothing really happens. I need a certificate to enable ssl on CloudFlare or it does by his own?

Cloudflare installs a certificate on its own network, so you can use Cloudflare’s SSL in front of the existing self-signed one, and not install it on the hosting server because it’s not a trusted certificate.

I’ve deleted the Certificate and the CSR but Private key doesn’t let me remove. I don’t know if this is a big problem

You can let the Private Key field alone. It doesn’t do anything to the certificate things.

Ok. So how do I re-enable the ssl that once I had working?

You can clear the DNS cache to continue using SSL with the Cloudflare certificate installed on its own network, but first change the nameservers to Cloudflare ones from your domain registrar’s nameservers management panel, removing the existing ones!

The nameservers are already set pointing to CloudFlare ones

After that, click on the grey clouds on all the A records on the DNS page of the Cloudflare dashboard to turn them orange.
