Cloudflare disabled and still can't see site

My website URL is: aquasystem.monster

What I’m seeing is: my site doesn’t show up.

I’m using this software: I was using Cloudflare and have since turned it off.

Additional information: I was trying to use SSL through infinity free instead of the Cloudflare ssl. Since I have disabled Cloudflare, I can no longer see the site. My name servers, cnames, and everything else I’ve checked looks as it should (no references to Cloudflare). I’m still getting issues.

Note: it won’t connect through http or https

Your domain is showing an ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR for me. You need to request an SSL certificate from the “SSL Certificates” section of the Client Area, to then install it on your domain before your visitors can see your website through HTTPS.

I have an SSL cert through the client area. What am I supposed to do with it? I thought that was the end of it (requested, issued, done).

You need to install it on the “SSL/TLS” section of the Control Panel for your domain by first copying your Private Key, pasting it on the “Private Key” field and clicking on “Upload Key”, then copying the certificate, pasting it on the “Certificate” field after scrolling down a bit and clicking on “Upload Certificate”.

I did that, it said invalid private key, and I wan’t able to continue. I’ll try again.

I was able to upload both this time, but my site still showing not available. Also, on SSL Checker , it shows www.aquasystem.monster goes through Cloudflare (even though it’s disabled), and aquasystem.monster is not trusted by all browsers

The certificate is not trusted in all web browsers. You may need to install an Intermediate/chain certificate to link it to a trusted root certificate. Learn more about this error. The fastest way to fix this problem is to contact your SSL provider.

I’m getting too many redirects now. How do I force https?

I fixed my issue. I was using the “redirects” under cpanel to redirect to https. a better guide is: https://infinityfree.net/support/how-to-force-all-traffic-to-https/

thanks for the help.
