Cloudflare Block API Request

I have website that user must login for the admin menu.

On the admin menu, I made the API Request from 1 website and works really well.
On the other hand, I tried to make an API Request to other website. On the first try the API Request was successfully. But after that I got warning from Cloudflare like this:

Please enable cookies.

Sorry, you have been blocked

You are unable to access kuramashop.net

Why have I been blocked?

This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks. The action you just performed triggered the security solution. There are several actions that could trigger this block including submitting a certain word or phrase, a SQL command or malformed data.

What can I do to resolve this?

You can email the site owner to let them know you were blocked. Please include what you were doing when this page came up and the Cloudflare Ray ID found at the bottom of this page.

Any suggestion to solve this problem? Thank you.

Did you own the other domain?

If yes, then you can configure cloudflare to allow such requests.

If not, then there’s nothing you can do about it. It’s just the other site had blocked bots from accessing it.

By the way the other domain isn’t on our system, so I suppose the second case applies.
