hello. if closing account, is it still possible to make a backup? I closed my account but I accidentally deleted wp-admin on the spot before closing my account so I can’t back up files?
You can still salvage wp-content via ftp

You have about 60 days (if I’m not mistaken) to reopen your account.
If you closed it recently, you can reopen it, download your backup and close it again.

If you deleted the files (manually), then you can’t back up files.
