Error Message

Other Information

I have a few Failed SSL certificates I would like to remove. When I try to click the Delete Certificate Order button below, nothing happens. In fact, the “cursor’s finger” doesn’t appear when hovering over the button.

Browser: Chrome 131.0.6778.86 (Official Build) (arm64)
OS: MacOS (Ventura, 13.7.1 (22H221))
Hosting Account: (N/A)

Screenshot, for reference:

Hi I got this Error Message also. After changing the SSL provider It fixed. I used Google Trust and this error came, Then I changed it to ZeroSSL After that It was fixed.

This sounds like an issue related to the issuing of SSL certificates, which is not related to the issue. The issue I am experiencing is that the Delete Certificate Order button is non-functional, which may be a Client Area bug.

Thats a strange error.

Are there any other obvious symptoms? Like errors in the dev console.

No errors in the Dev Console.

Also, when I make the page shaped like a phone in Portrait, the Delete Certificate Order button suddenly works.

I just tested it, and it´s working fine for me.

Clicking the button should open a confirmation modal. That modal has a delete button that, when clicked, will actually delete the certificate order.

Disable ad-blockers, they may block dialog boxes thinking they are used for advertising.

I leave my Ad-blocker disabled for InfinityFree.

I had to use a VPN for the button to work. I wonder if there is an anomaly in my network or computer.
