Login to your account - InfinityFree shows an error 500 to me when logging in, and I have tried using different browsers, the issue is persistent with the account and not the device.
Using a different network (Such as cellular data:)
I know you have already tried some of these, I just tried to make a complete list. Also note that the list in random order, and you may need to complete multiple steps before re-trying.
Yes, I have tried all the above-mentioned solution and the issue is still persistent
(just tried the cellular thing, but it didn’t work either )
I can’t even open a ticket sadly as the client area is giving the 500…
As I mentioned, it has been 3-5 days and the issue is still persistent with the account itself and not with any browser.
Tickets are only for suspended accounts, not active ones, so you can’t create one.
Try all the below steps before accessing the website again.
Clear your cache and cookies
Shut down your PC
Reset your modem (Unplug, wait 10sec, plug back in)
Turn on PC and try website
If it is not working, try a different browser
Still not working, try a brand new browser (Download a browser you do not already have)
Give up on the PC and try loading your site on the phone (Something must be off with the PC
If the phone does not work, go to a friends/families/Internet Cafe/ect. And repeat steps 1,2,4,5
The 3-5 days makes me think it’s a network or cache issue, so trying a different connection altogether (friends/families/Internet Cafe/ect.) might work. Be sure to clear cache and cookies after every attempt.
The HTTP 500 error is super vague, so it’s almost impossible to know the actual cause immediately. You can also try going to Login to your account - InfinityFree, but I don’t think that will work either.
The issue only seems to be with /accounts/ endpoint when I try and open with /accounts/epiz_theaccountid it works fine
I am able to access most of the features of client area but not the main /accounts/ where I get the account ID as I don’t have all the ID’s for my hosting account.
No clue how I will be fixing this as I have used 3 different devices on different networks, the issue still persists.
And as per your suggestion I’ve done all the things you mentioned including modem shut down, tried it on my phone too and installed a new browser that I didn’t use before (Firefox) still having issues with the 500 error,
the issue doesn’t seem to happen when I am using a different account that has 0 websites hosted on
it. (for test purposes) - this is the reason I think it’s something with this particular account.
