Changing nameservers

My website URL is: holmes.am

What I’m seeing is: 403 forbidden

I’m using this software:

Additional information:

Hi! At the moment my domain is pointed to InfinityFree’s nameservers (ns1.epizy etc.) but I want to move to other ones. According to the info I found in the knowledge base, I have to use either ALIAS or A-records to keep my website working with InfinityFree. As far as the new provider of nameservers doesn’t allow CNAME flattening, I must choose the second option, that is redirecting using my website’s IP address.

Now the problem is that the IP address Google’s Dig tool leads to a blank page stating " 403 Forbidden | nginx". Please tell me if that’s normal or not? Will my website work correctly after changing its nameservers and using this IP address for the A record?

Thank you in advance.

That’s normal. You can’t access the website via its IP address on free hosting.

Yes, it will. But also remember to point www to your domain with a CNAME record for it to work fine!

Thank you!

I don’t clearly understood what to do with regard to the CNAME record. Please explain that part.

You need to create a CNAME record with name www and target yourdomain, where yourdomain can be replaced with your domain.
