You’ll need to do at least the following:

1. In the settings of your WordPress site, change the site URLs and replace apstudy.org to old.apstudy.org.
2. Move your files from the directory that apstudy.org is linked to to the the old.apstudy.org/htdocs directory.

You can either download the files and reupload them, but that’s a pretty slow process. Moving the files is faster.
