My website was working completely fine, but due to certain required changes we had to move our NS out of Infinity to some other provider, by doing so now the domain isn’t verified and unlinked from Infinity, now I am trying to verify my domain using the CNAME record, but I am unable to get the host information for my website teamapostrophe.com, from the control panel or the account page, there is no error, nor there is any thing showing up the CNAME record information which showed up for the first time when we added this domain, I just need a way to verify my domain using CNAME so that things start working for me as before.

Thank you

I see this

Please show you DNS record.
Make sure to have the relevant A record or CNAME entry

Hi kang,

thank you for your quick response, as I have mentioned in my question previous we had our NS configured with Infinity and now we were forced to move it to namecheap, now I want to configure the CNAME record to keep the domain verified with Infinity, but I cannot find the right host value in my account, in order to create my CNAME record in the DNS, can you help me find the values of CNAME record for my domain (teamapostrophe.com) for Infinity

Your domain is still tied to a hosting account.
What you lack is an A record.

Please add A record pointing to 185.27.134.60 for base domain and www subdomain

Thank you so much Kang, my issue is resolved, my website is working now, just to be sure, is everything other than this okay, or needs my attention, thank you for your time and effort, very much appreciated

Thanks a ton

Everything is OK. There’s no need for you to do anything.

Just a nice little addition, once you verified a domain, it’ll be verified forever until you removed the domain from our system. There’s no need for you to attempt playing with the DNS and trying to “keep the domain verified with another method”.
