I have tried clearing cache and cookies but the problem still persists
Still can’t access my phpmyadmin anyone else know how to resolve this?
Not really. Admin has to come and resets your DB Permissions. but he’s not here RN

Where do you see 24 hours? I see your topic was created 19 hours ago. As much as we try to make our service easier so you don’t need support to begin with, we can’t quite answer questions yet before they are asked.
Anyways, I’ve reset your database permissions, so it should work now.
That said, through which method did you change the password? Did you change it through the client area or through some other way?

Through the client area
not sure if it was client it was a big orange box on account that said:
Hosting Account Password
Change the password of this hosting account.
Updating your password here will change the Control Panel Password, FTP Password and MySQL Database Password of this hosting account.
Changing this password will not change your Client Area Password or Webmail Passwords.
Hmm, strange, the password reset in that panel should have been fixed already.

Resolved for me. Creating another db with the same new password, the first one worked!
