Change Directory of Addon domain to main domain

I had create a link shortener website. I wanna add more domains to my website so they can also be used for link shortening.
But the problem is, in the website documentation it says that I need to add an addon domain in the same directory as my primary domain or script.
Please someone can guide me how can I do this.

Please do be very careful with this. Link shorteners are often hijacked by spammers to use your domain to hide their spam content. And we’re holding you responsible for the content shared through your website. So if your link shortener gets abused, we’re taking down your entire site. Please make sure that that won’t happen.

That’s called a “Parked Domain” in our system. Addon domains have separate websites, parked domains share the same site.
