For the security of my sites (DDoS), I won’t share a link. Besides, I think this is not required for my question.

I want to move a few of my sites to another hosting account for even distribution of resources. I would like to know: If I move my site to another hosting account, would the certificate issued for the site on hosting account A still work when I install it, or would I have to create a new certificate for my site, when it moves to hosting account B?
It would probably be a better idea to issue a new certificate, since those will probably last longer then the old one. You could copy the private key/certificate over using a self-signed certificate (not sure tho, havent check that), bur those arent trusted by browsers.
Yes, you can just install the same certificate on your new account. After adding the domain to the new account, simply find your certificate in the Free SSL Certificates menu and click the Install button to install it to your new hosting account.
