I am trying to make a zip for my website to move to the new server and I keep getting the error while I am currently backing everything up slowly with file zila it is taking ages even went to a night of sleep and it is still going and I got other things to do than to wait around

Unfortunately, there is no way to generate a single backup file server side. So the only way to backup your website is with FileZilla.

Yes, it’s slow, but it’s the best option available I’m afraid.
