Can't use GitBook with InfinityFree

epiz_27468777

I’m trying to use GitBook with InfinityFree but with no luck.

This domain is proxied through Cloudflare, which is discouraged. Turn off Cloudflare proxying to ensure the best experience for your public documentation.

err

Is there any solution?

Cloudflare is off by default and when im trying to turn on it gives error. So idk what else can i do.

How?

Do i have to change nameserver to cloudflare? Now i deleted the proxy for the sub domain but still giving me the error.

Please provide your domain.

docs.mgcbot.ml
Do i have to change my nameservers?

What are you trying to do? Add your subdomain to gitbooks?

Yes.
But as you can see in the picture up GitBook gives that error.

This?

Hmm, seems like an issue with gitbook or maybe It cant fetch due to the security system

Yeah

Cloudflare should be used unlike what @Deveroonie said, the topic above says how to add your domain to gitbooks using cloudflare.

As you can see, the CNAME record is for “docs.docs.mgcbot.ml”, so that’s a no.

On the other hand, since you are using Cloudflare’s nameservers, you probably don’t need to setup any DNS records in our panel.

That said, the domain mgcbot.ml appears to have disappeared entirely now - it doesn’t have any nameservers anymore. Can you please check with Freenom to make sure the domain is still active and configured correctly?
