Cant upload zip files

not error displayed, but cant upload zip files

after successful upload zip is not showing in directory, i tried uploading it in htdocs>themes and htdocs>plugins, but its not showing after complete upload.

Max file size is 10mb.
Extract zip file locally then upload via ftp (filezilla)
