Can't upload zip files to monsta. it automaticly deletes the file

My website URL is: filemanage.beldrproductions.epizy.com

What I’m seeing is: an error message. i can upload zips when i press only upload then it is saved. and when i press extract on the context menu the server gives an error saying that the file is not found. when i refresh the zip file is gone i also see “the upload faild 413/”

I’m using this software: Monsta FTP file manager from cpanel

Additional information: i want to upload a zip file of 10 mb to use on my website. My website is not suspended

Please note that there is a file size limit of 10 MB on free hosting. So your 10 MB zip file may be just over the upload size limit.

What do you mean exactly by “use on my website”? If you would like to offer files to download, you should use a file sharing service like Dropbox, Mega or Google Drive instead. Those services are designed for file sharing, after all.

No it was just a template to unzip. But i’ve fixed it
