Can't upload files of my website!

When I’m trying to update index.php (by upload), it shows an error pop-up and i can’t upload my file. Error: Script file validation failed: potentially dangerous code pattern detected in php file.
I uploaded the same index.php file few days ago and did not get error. Now just changed one of my site buttons link (href) and can’t upload new file. please help

Other Information

Also can’t upload js (file type is not allowed: js) and css files!
