There are options, but they require your personal information that you don’t want to give.
What you’re looking for simply doesn’t exist. I’m sorry, but that’s how life is sometimes. A domain name you pay for also requires your address and phone number, but you can also get Whois protection along with your domain (many domain registrars include it for free now) so that info still wouldn’t be available to the public. If you can’t pay for a domain, just use a free subdomain until you can, or one of those options listed in the thread above.
