Can't see my website

Hello
When I try to verify my website I always have this message: HTTP 500 error
That’s odd… the website can’t display this page
The site may be under maintenance or could have a programming error.

I use WordPress, Can you help me

After enable my Alter PHP Config this is the new message I get:
Fatal error:
The file /home/vol13_8/epizy.com/epiz_22295102/htdocs/index.php was encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5.3 and cannot run under PHP 7.0. Please ask the provider of the script to provide a version encoded with the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5.6. in Unknown on line 0

Hi,
You will need to change your php version to 5.3.

To do so, you will need to go to vPanel and go the change php version settings and there you can change your php version.

Please Help

Kopage doesn’t support PHP 7 yet (which we configure by default). Please go into the Select PHP Version menu in your control panel and change your PHP version to 5.6.

I can open the site now thanks for the info but I have a new question sorry if someone asked it before but hope you can help. I worked on my website via WordPress instaled on softaculous before now then I can see the website it’s not my work on WP I see but another site builder. Do I have to install Wordpress again? o there is something else I can do? Thank you for help

I think one of two things might have happened:

  • You installed another website to the same location after you installed WordPress. If so, the WordPress installation is likely corrupted. You might be able to fix it by uploading a fresh copy of WordPress to your account (overwriting any other files) or simply by reinstalling it through Softaculous.
  • You installed WordPress successfully, but not to the correct URL (an extremely common error). Please go into Softaculous and check your website was actually installed to http://example.com/ and not http://example.com/wp/ .Reinstalling WordPress is the easiest way to solve this (but double and triple check the Directory field).
