Can't reach my domain

after creating my domain I upload my files on the server and connect every thing with right username and password but when trying to test the API I get this error as response “site requires Javascript to work, please enable Javascript in your browser or use a browser with Javascript support”
note:my browser support javascript
this is my domain: myecommerce.wuaze.com
and when trying to open my domain in browser I got " Server or website configuration is blocking you from viewing this page" 403 error

but sadly i can’t host my project on this websit because I need to host flutter project with back end and database
its seems that the website is helpful for hosting web only
