You or softaculous somebody any way is blocking this opening continually http://testnet.my-board.org/TESTNET it’s setup on SMF forum plugin in softaculous on the infinity account which isn’t exceeding free limits I don’t know why but it just stops opening all the time it’s so infuriating
With a brand new sited you have to wait for DNS propagation (that’s what the error from your browser is about). It has nothing to do with hitting limits, and everything to do with how the Internet is structured.
I do agree with you here it’s operating fine again, It’s just wait minutes to a few hours to see if things work after upload. What it doesn’t open on at all though weirdly is DuckDuckGo browser on a Android via directly punching in the address or through the site hyperlinks. That’s I’m assuming a browser incompatability issue with the SMF forum builder site? Or the server it bounces through
