if your ip isn’t one of the affected ones, you may be waiting for DNS propagation too, depending how recently you set up the name servers on your domain. (up to 72 hours)

greetings, if the domain ending isnt in the list mention but the ip is there, i should assume the issue is globally affected?
When i force refresh and empty cache, the domain loads for me but on a completely different device with different IP, it does not

The fact that it loads after a force refresh and cache clear on one device, but not from another device with a different IP, makes it seem more like a DNS resolution/cache or regional resolver issue rather than the website itself being down.
