Can I ask where you saw the error? was it in the file manager? filezilla? or when visting yoursite?

Right, so its an issue relating to the file manager.
Have you accessed the control panel from your dashboard?
This will make sure that everything thats needed is activated (I think you probably have, but just making sure)
If that doesn’t work, can you try using an FTP client (like Filezilla)

Do you have FileZilla open in the background? If so, try closing it.
I recently had a similar issue with an account, because it looks like there is a limit of 3 concurrent FTP connections per account. So if FileZilla is logged in, then the file manager and our directory index check can’t access your account.
