For your information, email account functionality is not available on free hosting until further notice. If you want to create an email account you can sign up for email hosting service which have a free tier (for your domain, Yandex or Migadu should be fine) or upgrade to Premium Hosting as there is still the functionality of creating and managing email accounts.

Did you already try to follow the tips from this article?
