Try to use a ftp client (filezilla).The online filemanager is not good for downloading

Yes there’s file limitations on filemanager.ai to download files as mentioned by iFastNet Support.
You need to download files (not folders) individually.
Alternatively, use Filezilla or other online FTP manager, as I personally use webftp.dreamhost.com
