Cant download htdocs folder

i cant download the htdocs file, im trying to do a manual backup because there is an error in the plugin that im using,
when i try to download the file it says “An unknown error occurred during download.”

please help!!!

i tryed to connect my site to file zilla but when i connect it says impossible to connect to the server
