You can clear the website builder files from your website by connecting via an FTP client (Like FileZilla) and removing the contents of the htdocs folder.

I removed sitepro folder and there’s no longer oage made in builder but I still can’t delete it. Same error 500. I can make own index page now anyways!
You can just ignore it on the site.pro page in the client area, it wont affect anything.
