If you are using the filemanager.ai, it might be bugging out again.

You could use a desktop client like FileZilla, or you can use JFTP

Same as filemanager.ai, but it works better.

The file manager works well in most cases, but sometimes has issues. Could you please try deleting the file with a desktop FTP client (like FileZilla) instead?

If that also doesn’t work, can you please share exactly which file is giving you trouble?
