I’m new to this platform. I’m trying to create a website from a template but it’s not working due to a login failure. I’ve checked the info and it’s correct. Getting the error message below. Any help would be appreciated.

I’m sorry, but where do you see that error? We have a lot of different tools, often with their own authentication systems. Can you take a screenshot of the error page?
