The issue was resolved this morning, do you still experience this problem?

Well the service may not be able to host the domain extension .web.id or something like.

I just tried to create an account with the domain in your screenshot, and I get the same issue. After checking the logs, I see a very strange error message. I’m going to have to look it up.

For now, I’ve created a new account for you and parked the domain on it. However, I will check why you got this error.

That could be the case, but definitely shouldn’t be.

This is a technical error specific to the account creation process. You can host .web.id domain names with us by adding it to an existing account. This is not a policy decision and definitely not something we want to happen. We’re working to get it resolved as we speak.

yeahh…after i tried several times, finally i can create an account with my domain

thank you for your support

Problem solved

web.id was added as a domain name to an account for some reason. That, of course, is wrong, since web.id is not a valid domain name. The domain has been removed now, solving the issue.
