Error Message
I try to create a database in Phpmyadmin but when i click on Create it doesnt do anything, nothing loads, no error, nothing. (see screenshot)
Other Information
You can only create or delete databases through our control panel in the MySQL Databases section.
Creating databases from phpMyAdmin would require your database user to have administrator privileges on the database server, which is obviously a bad idea, as it would give you full access to everyone’s databases.

but i have to export a database.
i fixed the issue but i dont know how to create an Admin account to login on my site. any solution please thanks!
What kind of site is it? Try googling PHP login system, a lot of good turorials will come us.
