Can't contact iFastNet support by any means

Sorry to bother you here but I see no other option. I recently acquired a hosting account with iFastNet. However, whenever I try to login to the support platform I get this message: “It appears the email address entered is not registered in the support system”. And, considering the variety of problems I’m facing, I really need to contact support.

I’ll be thankful if you could help me with this.

So… did you try to register it?

The support system logins are not tied to their client area or cpanel logins. So you need to sign up separately.
