I chose the connection type “SFTP”, filled in all the data correctly and double-checked 10 times. I tried 10 times but the same error
Error: Connection terminated after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Unable to connect to server
Connecting with filezilla latest version
Use the FTP(S) protocol (port 21), not the SFTP protocol. SFTP uses port 22 (SSH) which we don’t support on free hosting.

I did everything as you asked. I connected but did not have time to download all the files, file zilla some stupid program disconnects the connection by itself and never connects again, I enter everything as I entered it when I connected, now I see an error

Did you read the time his posts were made? His last post was made hours before the hosting problems arose. If you had read the pinned topic and then looked at when his posts were made you would have noticed.
