Can't connect to my DB - err too many redirects

Even when I try to access it directly through the control panel, even through PMA link, I can see my databasess, but when I try to connect to my databases, using phpmyadmin, I get the error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I have tested it in different browsers, different machines and even using a VPN.

Could you please help me?
